Welcome to Precision Clean and Cut. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Services & Pricing

We provide premium cleaning, yard maintenance/gardening, and professional laundry/washing services. Quotes & Rates: All standard service rates and custom quotes are subject to GST (unless explicitly stated otherwise or exempt under NDIS guidelines). Laundry Bag Allowances: Our laundry service is billed per premium bag capacity (The Solo up to 6.5kg, The Twin up to 13kg, The Family Refresh up to 19.5kg). Standard pricing applies strictly to bags filled within these weight limits. Excess weight or heavily soiled items may incur additional fees.

2. Payment Terms

Private Clients: Invoices are generated via Xero. Payment is required via our integrated platforms (Stripe or GoCardless) by the due date specified on the invoice. NDIS Clients: Invoices will be sent directly to the Plan Manager, Agency, or Self-Managed Participant as arranged prior to commencement. Payments must align with NDIS pricing guidelines. Overdue Accounts: We reserve the right to suspend future bookings if outstanding invoices remain unpaid.

3. Client Responsibilities & Property Access

Access: The client must provide clear, safe access to the property on the scheduled day. This includes providing keys, gate codes, or ensuring someone is home to let our team in. Utilities: For cleaning and gardening services, the client must ensure running water and electricity are accessible. Safety: The property must be a safe working environment for our staff. Dangerous hazards, unrestrained aggressive pets, or structural safety issues must be disclosed beforehand.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Lockouts

Notice Period: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of a booking. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Customer Forgets / Lockouts / No-Shows: If our team arrives at the property at the scheduled time and is unable to access the premises or perform the service because the customer has forgotten the booking, is not home, or has failed to provide access, the full fee (100%) of the scheduled service will be charged. For NDIS clients, this will be billed as a short-notice cancellation/no-show in strict accordance with the maximum limits permitted under NDIS guidelines.

Precision Clean and Cut – Service Disclaimers

3. Disclaimers (Service-Specific)

1. General Access & Arrival Disclaimer

Lockouts and Forgotten Bookings: Our staff travel directly to your property and are allocated specific time slots. If our team arrives and cannot gain access due to a forgotten booking or locked premises, we wait on-site for a maximum of 15 minutes while attempting to contact you. If access is still not possible, the team must move to their next rostered job, and the booking will be charged at 100% of the scheduled rate to cover staff wages and travel costs.

2. Cleaning Services Disclaimer

While our team operates with the utmost care, Precision Clean and Cut is not liable for: Pre-existing wear and tear, permanent staining, or structural degradation (e.g., grout decay, chipped paint, worn carpets). Accidental damage to items that are unstable, improperly secured, or delicate, unless caused by gross negligence. Clients are advised to put away highly valuable or irreplaceable items before service.

3. Yard Maintenance & Gardening Disclaimer

Underground Services: The client must notify us of the location of any hidden underground pipes, wires, or irrigation systems before we commence digging, trenching, or heavy mowing. Precision Clean and Cut accepts no liability for damage to unmapped or un-notified underground infrastructure. Weather Dependencies: Weather conditions (heavy rain, extreme heat) may require us to reschedule yard services for safety and quality reasons.

4. Washing & Laundry Services Disclaimer

Our laundry service utilizes commercial-grade laundromat washing and drying infrastructure to process garments efficiently. Sorting & Colour Bleeding: Sorting of all garments is strictly the responsibility of the client prior to collection. For "The Solo" tier, the entire bag is placed directly into one single commercial washing machine without being separated by our staff. For multi-bag tiers ("The Precision Twin" / "The Family Refresh"), garments are washed exactly as delivered in their respective bags, but will be placed in separate machines. Precision Clean and Cut accepts absolutely no liability for colour bleeding, colour running, dye transfer, or damaged items resulting from unsorted loads or mixed colours provided to us. We use colour catchers to try and stop any bleeding. Pockets and Contraband: Clients must check and empty all pockets prior to handing over bags. We are not liable for damage caused to clothing by items left in pockets (e.g., pens, tissues, lip balm, electronics), nor are we responsible for the loss of items left inside garments.
